It's an excellent hotel with a great location. Near the Cathedral and all central attractions, a few minutes walk to the bus stop to Alhambra, also near the Albaicin. It is essential to follow the excellent guide provided by the hotel to reach it using restricted streets to prevent fines - some streets are narrow, but not an issue. The room is fantastic - almost an apartment with a full kitchen and a huge bathroom with two showers! Parking is underground via a car elevator in the hotel itself, with the entrance in the street around the corner. An elevator (this one for humans) connects the underground parking straight to the rooms - no need to remove luggage on the street. It is unsuitable for big cars, but we had a Seat Leon SW and could fit it without issues. You can stop for a short time in front of the hotel for check-in, but space available on the street is limited. For Granada, plan to park and forget the car! The hotel allowed us to keep the car for some more hours after the checkout - very convenient to store the luggage in the car (parking is closed and safe) and walk around. Pay attention to the reception times for check-in (not 24hs for check-in) - but the staff was very receptive and answered all my questions before arriving. There are options around to buy food and use the kitchen (I suggest the Cristobal - a simple grocery (not touristic), with very good jamon at low cost).

We had a short but great stay at Sercotel Granada Suites. The flat was very spacious, we did not do any of our own cooking but appreciated having the dishes and cutlery when we brought meals back to eat. Mini fridge and dishwasher were great. We were impressed by how much lighting there was in the flat! The common spaces were lovely. We did not go to the pool but the lobby and landing outside of our room were very nicely designed. Bed was comfortable, temperature control was easy to use and we enjoyed having windows we could open. The location was perfect! Very central. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and not far from the taxi stand when it was time to leave. Overall very good value.

All I can say is that the whole package was amazing! Room, location, facilities, hotel design, pool, all! We loved it! We had bad weather so we couldn't use the pool but we went to see it and it was beautiful! I really recommend this stay! We arrived in the "working hours", so, we had a person in the front desk that provided us the keys. The access to the building is open but after 10 pm is with a code. Side note: I don't know why the water in the pool in my picture looked like that, it wasn't dirty, maybe it was the capturing of light by my lenses. Those pictures were taking in the pool area.

Great location - in the heart of Granada, and close to all nice restaurants. Very nice building design, comfortable apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not turn on the heating although they knew we will check in late that evening. It was extremely cold throughout the entire night and I couldn’t sleep. The walls were very thin and we could hear our very noisy neighbors late in the night. They charged us an exorbitant amount for parking: 22EUR/day. On top of the price for accommodation! It was the highest we paid in Spain so far.

Great reception staff. Easy to check in and store luggage before check in and check out. Pool was small but cold, great for returning after a hot day. Great kitchen and utensils. Great kitchen kit of dishwasher liquid, washing machine powder. Washing machine was great, but a clothes horse rather than a dryer would have been better. Comfortable, large bed Great location just outside the tourist drag Good room layout.
